Bruce graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1982 with a BaSc in Mechanical Engineering as well as a MaSc in Mechanical Engineering (1987). From 1982 to 2004 he was employed by Husky Injection Molding Systems in Bolton Ontario. There he built many businesses for Husky, including their Robotics business, Small Tonnage Machine business and ran Service and Sales for the New England States out of Massachusetts. In 2005, he co founded Zero Waste Energy Systems. This company integrates best of class technologies, creating renewable energy from selected waste streams.

Keith Wilson- VP Engineering

Keith has many years’ experience being involved in the design, manufacture, onsite installation and startup of digesters and other chemical and mechanical systems. These have included pulp mills, chemical plants, nuclear and coal generation plants, industrial and municipal waste treatment facilities and methanol production plants. For example, Keith supervised the construction and installation of a new prototype tertiary waste treatment system at the South Peel Wastewater Treatment Facility.

Rod Wade- AD Product Manager

Rod has an extensive business background, beginning with his family’s (and later his own) association with Spar Aerospace. He studied Business Administration at McMaster University, and then on his own, became Production Manager for a plastics manufacturer, then a Production line foreman for Ford Motor Corporation. As Product Manager for Canadian General -Tower Ltd., he specialized in Materials Resource Planning for products generating $48,000,000 annual sales. He was a Head Trainer for Scott Myers Motivational Studies and Seminars, and a consultant with Halyard Merchant Bank (Venture Capital).
